Every Esteem Project Starts with Design
Before talking about lakhs of rupees on execution, we first lock your design. Once the design is finalised, you can choose how you want to execute it and at what material quality.
Step 1 – Invest in Design

Each Design Package Includes
- Pinterest‑style moodboards and 3D visualisations of key spaces.

Once your design is frozen, you decide how to proceed with the interiors.

Turnkey is quoted on a per‑square‑foot basis with four quality ranges, so you can match your budget and expectations.

For rental homes and tight budgets, with reliable basic materials.

- Laminates: 0.8 mm range
Typical reference: Box from ~₹1,250/sft, frame from ~₹700/sft (for modular units, varies by design).
2. Standard Range
Best for end‑users who want stronger moisture resistance and branded laminates at a sensible price.
- Ply: Gurjan BWP / Century BWR
- Boards: HDHMR
- Laminates & hardware: Virgo 1 mm laminates with Zipco hardware
Typical reference: Box from ~₹1,450/sft, frame from ~₹800/sft.
3. Premium Range
For long‑term homes where you want branded cores and mid‑to‑high range finishes.
- Ply: Century Sainik 710 range
- Boards: Action Tesa HDHMR
- Laminates & hardware: Laminates below ~₹1,800/sheet with Ebco hardware

4. Luxury Range
Our top‑end specification for clients who want the very best.

- Boards: Action Tesa Boilo / premium HDHMR
- Laminates & hardware: Laminates below ~₹2,500/sheet with Hettich/Ebco hardware

What Happens in an Esteem Design Session?
Step 1. Meet Your Designer
You share your floor plan, basic measurements and inspiration images. At our first meeting (online or at the Esteem office), your designer understands your lifestyle, storage needs, budget range and preferred style for each room.
Step 2. Material Walkthrough at Our Office
Instead of a big experience centre, we walk you through real samples in our office. We explain the difference between Core, Standard, Premium and Luxury specifications — plywood grades, laminates, hardware and finishes — so you clearly see what fits your budget and expectation.
Step 3. Personalised 3D Designs & Working Drawings
Based on your brief and preferred quality range, we create Pinterest‑style moodboards, 3D views and 2D working drawings. You can review and refine layouts, electrical points, false ceiling details, wardrobes and kitchen designs until you are fully satisfied.
Step 4. Get a Clear, Itemised Quote
Once the design is frozen, we prepare a transparent proposal:
- Option 1: Turnkey – Design + materials + execution with your chosen quality range (Core / Standard / Premium / Luxury).
- Option 2: Only Execution – Labour and supervision with separate line items for design, transport, materials and colour selection.
